Mobile Terms
These Mobile Terms (“Mobile Terms”) govern your participation in our SMS alert program (“Program") and are incorporated into our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Program sends automated text messages about publicly available brand promotions, discounts, and coupons. By providing your phone number and consenting during signup, you agree to these Mobile Terms and authorize us to contact you via SMS under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
1. Program Description
- Purpose: Informational notifications (up to 6 per month) on possible public offers from monitored brands (e.g., “Check Nike for 20% off – terms apply”).
- Content: Messages include links to brand sites for verification; we make no guarantees on validity or savings.
- Short Code: Messages are sent from our official short code (e.g., 12345).
2. Consent to Receive Messages
- Explicit Consent: By checking the consent box, you provide prior express written consent to receive automated promotional texts, even if your number is on federal or state Do-Not-Call lists.
- Revocable: Consent continues until you opt out by texting STOP.
- Confirmation: You’ll receive a welcome text confirming your subscription upon signup.
3. Message Frequency and Types
- Frequency: Up to 6 messages per month, depending on available public promotions. No additional messages will be sent without re-consent.
- Types: Messages may include promotional alerts, transactional confirmations, or service-related replies (HELP/STOP).
- Changes: If frequency or content type changes, we’ll notify you and obtain re-consent.
4. Costs and Carrier Compatibility
- Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We do not charge fees.
- Compatibility: The Program supports major U.S. and Canadian carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon). International roaming may incur additional costs.
- No Liability: We are not responsible for delayed, blocked, or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
5. Opt-Out, Help, and Management
- Opt-Out: Text STOP to our short code to end messages. You’ll receive a confirmation and no further texts will be sent until you re-subscribe.
- Help: Text HELP to receive support information, including details on message frequency and terms.
- Management: Category-based preferences are not yet available. Suggestions can be sent to info@coupon-finders.com.
6. No Purchase or Condition Required
Participation in the Program is voluntary and not contingent upon purchasing any goods or services from us or third-party brands. Opting out does not affect your other rights or site access.
7. International Use
The Program is intended for users in the United States and Canada only. International users may experience delivery issues and are responsible for ensuring compliance with local messaging regulations. Age-gated or restricted content is not delivered to Canadian users.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
Messages are provided “AS IS” without any warranties regarding accuracy, timeliness, or availability. We disclaim all responsibility for delays, delivery failures, or outdated offers. Liability is limited in accordance with our Terms of Service.
9. Changes to Mobile Terms
We may update these Mobile Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
