3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

  • Refrain from reverse-engineering, scraping, or automating interactions without consent.
  • Respect all intellectual property and copyright protections.

Prohibited Conduct Includes:

  • Harassing, spamming, or misusing our platform.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and potential legal action.

Sections related to intellectual property, liability, and indemnity will survive termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Informal Resolution: Contact our support team to attempt resolution within 30 days before filing a claim.
  • Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules in Delaware. No class actions allowed.
  • Governing Law: Delaware law governs these Terms. Venue for injunctive relief shall be Delaware courts.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or pandemics.

12. Miscellaneous
