Mobile Terms and Conditions
These Mobile Terms (“Mobile Terms”) govern the use of SMS communications, text messaging features, and mobile-related services provided by Coupon Finders (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in or using our mobile programs, you consent to these Mobile Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Mobile Terms, please discontinue mobile communication enrollment immediately.
1. Description of Mobile Program
Coupon Finders provides a premium membership service that independently researches and curates coupons, exclusive discounts, rebates, and support service information. Our mobile messaging program allows members to receive notifications related to curated savings updates, membership reminders, support alerts, and account-related communications directly to their mobile device. Message content is informational and membership-focused.
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By enrolling in our SMS program, submitting your mobile number, or checking a consent box on any of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Coupon Finders. These may include curated discount alerts, membership notifications, rebate reminders, and important support-related information.
Message frequency may vary but will generally not exceed six messages per month. Standard messaging and data rates from your carrier may apply. You acknowledge that text messages may be delivered using automated technology.
3. Opt Out Instructions

4. Member Responsibilities
You affirm that the phone number you provide is your own and that you have the authority to enroll it in our program. You agree not to provide third-party phone numbers without permission. You also agree to notify us immediately if your number changes, is reassigned, or is transferred to another person.
5. Privacy and Protection of Personal Information
Coupon Finders adheres to a strict privacy standard. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances. All SMS opt-in data is used solely for providing the services you have explicitly consented to receive.
We do not sell, rent, disclose, or distribute personal information. This includes your mobile number, name, email address, preferences, or any other data submitted to our platform.
Personal information is used only to deliver membership-related communications, curated discount updates, rebate reminders, support messages, and account notifications in accordance with your consent.
6. Nature of Content Delivered

8. Accuracy of Curated Mobile Information

However, rebate eligibility, discount availability, and support service timelines may vary based on external rules or program changes. Coupon Finders does not control external program requirements and therefore cannot guarantee redemption success, approval of rebates, or continued availability of third-party savings resources.
9. Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not responsible or liable for delayed, undelivered, or corrupted text messages. Delivery is dependent on mobile networks, device compatibility, and your service provider’s technical infrastructure.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mobile services are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding message delivery speed, uninterrupted service, accuracy of notifications, or availability of curated content. Your use of mobile messaging is voluntary and at your own discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Coupon Finders shall not be liable for any damages resulting from: unexpected message delivery, missed notifications, inaccurate curated content, system delays, mobile device issues, carrier failures, or reliance on external rebate or savings programs. Our liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for membership in the preceding twelve months or one US dollar (USD 1), whichever is greater.
12. Changes to These Mobile Terms
We may update these Mobile Terms periodically to reflect changes in technology, compliance, or service improvements. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our mobile program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
