3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- You cancel within 7 calendar days of your original purchase and have not fully used or redeemed member-only benefits.
- A technical or processing error on our end prevented proper account activation or access to your membership.
- We were unable to deliver the membership benefits or services as described, and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable period.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Cancellation requests made after the refund eligibility period.
- When the member has already accessed or used exclusive offers, coupons, or benefits.
- Refunds requested solely due to change of preference or lack of usage.
- Memberships obtained under free, trial, or promotional programs.
4. Subscription / Recurring Payment Refunds
Members may cancel future recurring payments at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing cycle unless it meets the refund eligibility above.
If approved, refunds may be processed on a pro rata basis for the unused portion of your subscription. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise required by law.
